“The outgoing president defended his presidency, warned his movement ‘is just beginning’ in a farewell address, recorded on Tuesday and released this afternoon. Joe Biden has also given an emotional speech, vowing to heal the country.
“Mike Pence is not expected to attend Donald Trump’s farewell ceremony at Joint Base Andrews on Thursday morning (AEDT), US media reports.”
