So… Basically, the Coca Cola Company got upset that their product was being consumed without the label being visible, so they are coming out with these bags – which were not really their idea in the first place.
Woo. Hoo.
I don’t buy this as a ‘good conscience’ move for one second. What a load of crap.
They are selling it as good for the environment, but people who can’t afford the bottle for a bottle of Coke aren’t just going to be tossing a plastic bag on the streets. They would use that, too.
Like I said, they just want to make sure people know other people are drinking Coke. If they had done this in response to the plastic bottle, then I would have listened.
