Colorado and Washington could be in for fights of state law versus federal law after legalizing small amounts of marijuana for recreational use.
So, the people have spoken and the big question next is really: will the federal government bring down the hammer?
To be honest, I am really excited for Colorado and Washington. This could be a prime opportunity for those states to show that people having small amounts of marijuana is not going to ruin the system.
But will their chances to show this be taken away by the federal government stepping in and overruling the whole shebang?
