Talk about hugely creepy. These people could still be wandering around.
I don’t know about you, but I tend to think of serial killers as a thing of the past. There were plenty of famous ones, but they all happened decades ago. And yet this can’t be the case…
The prospect of these people still wandering around and being potentially ready to start killing again… Ugh. It does give me a scare!
