Residents of Oklahoma – as well as people in surrounding states – have been rocked by earthquakes.
Quakes shook the midwest through the weekend, starting on early Saturday.
Since the earthquake on Saturday night, there have been eleven aftershocks measuring at above 2.5 on the Richter scale, leaving many people very nervous.
That particular earthquake on Saturday night was the strongest earthquake ever recorded for the state.
While many experts are claiming that there is no way to know the cause of the increase in earthquakes, others are blaming the increase in geological activity.
And specifically – fracking.
We just have to wait and see what comes of it.
