You are what you eat. You need to move, too, but jogging isn’t going to magically make everything better.
It’s nice to see someone talking about this, because shows like The Biggest Loser annoy the ever-living f*ck out of me.
Sure, I wouldn’t mind being watched over and trained for months, but that’s a slightly different bucket.
Anyway, it takes changing things from multiple angles, and that’s all there is to it.
