“FDL Jane Doe was discovered in Ashford, Wisconsin on November 23rd, 2008. The location was between Fond Du Lac and Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
“Investigators believe it is possible that Jane Doe was not native to the area. She is believed to have been between the ages of 15 and 21 when she died.
“Jane Doe’s remains were found in a frozen creek by hunters near an abandoned farm. Some remains of her clothes were found with the body including a black and pink top with a pink bow that had been distributed for sale between July 1st and July 15th at Family Dollar stores in 2008.
“All of Jane Doe’s clothing except for socks and shoes were found at the scene.
“It was determined that FDL Jane Doe died sometime between July and October of 2008.”
