I recently watched a Horizon video that featured how cooking transformed the path humanity took to developing the big brain.

I picked this video because I find the subject fascinating. I love that there is, essentially, a second brain in the gut.

These days we are so separated from what our body does, so it is great to learn more about the body and start to use that knowledge for our better health.
