I love this video. He touches on a lot of fascinating concepts that are also simple. For example, the thought that things aren’t good or bad but it’s the thinking that makes them so.
It’s all in how you look at things.
The beauty of this is that it is so easy to make the small changes in your life right now that will end up making the huge turns into positivity in the future.
