I think the guy in the red top had the gist of it with the sentiment that it seems like dyeing something green seems to make some people think the thing is suddenly St Patrick’s Day stuff.
I have enjoyed a green cider or two in my time, though, so I do understand the ‘it’s just a bit of fun’ argument.
The world could certainly use a bit more fun and joy these days anyway, so if you’re celebrating, I hope you enjoy all the lovely green things and don’t have too much of a hangover in the morning.
