“Oak Park and River Forest High School unveiled a new student-produced parody video Friday: “All About That Pride,” a take-off of Meghan Trainor’s hit “All About That Bass.”
“Conceived by students Ellie Vanderwell and Sam Phelan, the video debuted at an OPRF Spirit Assembly April 24.
“Replacing Trainor’s lyrics with Huskie-centric ones, students and teachers dance on stage and through the school’s hallways in the video.
“”All About That Pride” involved a total of 52 OPRF students in front of and behind the camera. It was overseen by OPRF film and television teacher John Condne.
“The video is the follow up to “Teach Me How to Huskie,” which was filmed four years ago and attracted 75,000 views on YouTube.”
