How about we all just give up the notion that there is a diet that ‘fits all’, shall we? I think that would make things a lot easier.
There are some people who do well vegan style. Some do well vegetarian but not vegan.
Some do well without grains (but aren’t necessarily allergic), and some do well with plenty of good fats in their diets.
We are all different. Yes, that makes mass producing ‘health’ difficult, but that’s just the way it is.
