Just kidding. I’m not a masochist and I just to happen to be fascinated by pretty much everything involved in making chocolates. They can be little works of art… and mystery, when it comes to how the centers are made.
I don’t like this video so much because there is no talking (weird for a how to video), but it is interesting to watch nonetheless.
