While this is a video about ADHD management, I feel like some of the points made about clutter are interesting and good to apply otherwise as well.
I’m currently looking around at the complete mess that is my home office. I don’t have ADHD, but I definitely have a clutter problem – especially in regards to how overwhelming it can feel to try to approach any of it.
