I’ve come to rely on Nicko’s kitchen for dessert recipes that aren’t complicated and are easy to make. I just made his chocolate cheesecake and wow! That’s some delicious stuff.
This? I picked this one because it encompasses my mood lately for quick but little (aka single serve) sweets. Just a little something to help me get through the day when I need it.
Ingredients: serves 1
1 tsp butter
1/2 tsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg yolk
1 tbls flour
1 pinch salt (1/8 tsp)
1 tbls choc chips
