This is the kind of stuff that always pissed me off in university (not so much in regular school because they are exposing you to a variety of topics).
I had to learn all this stuff, and while I don’t mind geometry, do you think there has ever been a time I have needed to solve for x – much less make a graph of it – in my actual life?
Not so far.
