With predecessors like Kathy Griffen and the the Shakespeare in the Park event, people are questioning what’s appropriate and what’s not appropriate when it comes to joking about the president.
I think the one woman made a good point in that it’s good to gain perspective by finding out if had been done to Obama and how you would feel about it then.
Did other people make assassination jokes about Obama? I don’t know. Did Shakespeare in the Park do a Cesar play featuring an Obama-like character? Absolutely.
So where’s the line?
