“The 28-year-old Bad Romance singer shared the news on her Instagram account on Tuesday morning, with the caption, “He gave me his heart on Valentine’s Day and I said YES!”
“The couple celebrated the Valentine’s Day engagement at her family’s Manhattan restaurant, Joanne Trattoria, Us reports.
“Despite Gaga’s outlandish antics, the couple have enjoyed a relatively low-key romance, preferring to attend red carpet events apart. They had a brief break in May 2012, before getting back together in June of the same year.
“In an interview with Howard Stern last December, Gaga said she could see a future with Kinney.”
