“Here’s what you need to know.
“Under the plea agreement with prosecutors:
“Loughlin will serve two months in prison
“Loughlin will plead guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud.
“Loughlin will pay a $150,000 fine, receive two years of supervised release and perform 100 hours of community service.
“Her husband, fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli, will serve five months in prison.
“Giannulli will plead guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud and honest services wire and mail fraud. ”
