Mariah Carey, receiving an award for ‘Breakthrough Actress Of The Year’ for her role in the movie ‘Precious’ at the Palm Springs Film Festival Awards Gala in Palm Springs, California, made a big impression with her bizarre acceptance speech.
Hey, celebrities can get drunk, too. At least she admitted it and just went with the flow.
Her speech was certainly less boring than a lot of the speeches you hear at these award ceremonies, so I reckon it was a welcome change to the usual yawn and groan.
It’ll be interesting to see if she tries to deny it later or keeps going with the flow.
