“Goth rock star Marilyn Manson was rushed to hospital after being crushed by a falling prop during a concert in New York last night.
“Witnesses said the singer lay on the ground with a sheet covering him for around 15 minutes after two large guns held up by scaffolding landed on him.
“Video footage shows the 48-year-old performer, whose real name is Brian Warner, trying to climb the prop before it gives way and comes crashing down.
“Stage hands at the Hammerstein Ballroom venue, in Manhattan, are then seen rushing to his aid and the venue goes dark as they try to free Manson.”
