I remember where I was when the Challenger blew up. About two months into my existence. (My womb provider was two months pregnant.)
Memory is such a funny thing. It’s something we take for granted so much but can be so easily tampered with. We can be convinced of so many things – even things that don’t exist, apparently.
I still reckon it’d be hard to forget where I was when 9/11 happened, given I was in school and everyone – including the teachers – were freaking out about it.
But maybe I was home sick after all…
