Yeah, pretty much what I was expecting.
I didn’t think about it until he said it, but Tom Cruise really is one of the few reasons that you would go to see a Mummy reboot, isn’t it?
That and the fact that the mummy in question is actually female this time around instead of male.
I really liked The Mummy (Returns) with Brendan Fraser and Rachel Weisz – and the second one as well. I didn’t see any reason to reboot them until I realised this was the start of the return to the dark universe with all those fun guys.
Meh.
