“The body of teacher Stephanie Scott will undergo forensic examination at a Sydney morgue as police piece together how the much-loved teacher died.
“Ms Scott’s burned remains were found on Friday afternoon by police on trail bikes in the Cocoparra National Park, in the NSW Riverina region.
“Her body was transported to Glebe morgue on Saturday to go through forensic testing.
“The grim but awaited discovery served as some comfort to her grief-stricken family.
““Unfortunately she was taken away from us for a short time but now we have her back and we will restore her dignity,” her father Robert Scott told a memorial picnic in Leeton yesterday – the day Ms Scott was meant to marry her fiance.”
