Yeah… You can pretty much skip to 18.15 to get to the actual start of the speech. Unless you’re really into introductions… If that’s the case, then definitely watch the first 18 minutes of the video.
Ah, it’s that time of the year again when the President of the United States is charged with giving a fairly long speech that is meant to inspire and ready people for the year to come.
Looks like it’s a lot more of the same though. Unemployment. People doing it tough.
