I hesitated with putting this video up for a few reasons. The first being that I didn’t want to trigger anyone back to any upset or other feelings in regards to Sydney.
In the end, though, I decided to put it up anyway. Sydney (and Pakistan, and many other places that aren’t reported) events are a tragedy. We need to band together, and we need to mourn.
But we also need to make sure that, in our grief, we still hold our governments to certain standards.
