“Sofia Vergara says frozen embryo legal case is ‘selfish’, [responding] publicly for the first time to her ex-fiance’s attempts to gain control of two frozen embryos they created together.
“Vergara, 42, is being sued by Nick Loeb, 39, for custody of two embryos which remain stored at a Beverly Hills fertility clinic.
“Mr Loeb recently argued, in the New York Times, that he should have equal rights over the two female embryos. He wants to have them implanted in a surrogate and become a single father.
“In a radio interview with Howard Stern in New York the actress said the legal case “makes no sense”.”
