Could Switzerland be making real progress to the future by supporting citizens with ‘basic’ income? Or is this made for fail?

I think the cap on CEO pay is the really big thing here. Yes, welfare is interesting, but pay cap? Man. If we could cap big business CEOs, bank CEOs, so on and so forth?
