You have to respect a director who earns his scares rather than uses stupid things like the ‘false scares’ or ‘jump scares’. I might actually watch this one.
Then again, I haven’t seen a proper horror movie in a long time, so I might be sticking way too many of my hopes on this one…
The general reviews are… mixed. With a lot of negative. I think this guy is being nice, but on the scale of good to bad: I judge his attitude toward the movie as ‘meh’.
