I totally vote that we just change the damn word to ‘Febtober’ and be done with it.
So, foliage was a surprise to me. I didn’t realise people were running around pronouncing that one wrong. Interesting.
I will never, ever forget the proper pronunciation for nuclear thanks to my university Speech class professor. He drilled that one into our heads, that’s for sure.
The one that really pisses me off, though? That would have to be the ask vs ax thing. That is just bloody annoying. So stop it!
But, it is interesting that it has existed a lot longer than I thought it had.
