I grew up with the whole ‘you convert your fat into energy’ thing being taught in health class as well as physical education class. It’s pretty easy to figure out why most people believe it’s true!
It is pretty cool that they’ve centred it around the breath.
Though… I do kind of see a deep breathing diet starting around these findings.
