“I’m trying to talk about serious issues and you bring up cartoons!”
Like many people out there, I sat through classes discussing what the author ‘really’ meant by using red curtains instead of blue.
There are way too many times when we try to read meaning into something that doesn’t have deeper meaning.
That being said – I love this video.
I am curious as to the choices made for Bugs Bunny during that era, and I am fascinated by the parallels we can draw with Bugs’ behaviour in today’s society.
I know he’s ‘just’ a cartoon, but he’s also not. This video shows he’s so much more.
