I saw this video and thought, “Oh yay, another video telling me about what I’m doing wrong with my life.” Yay for pleasant surprises.
This turned out to be a really interesting video that provided the kinds of facts and statistics that actually make me feel more motivated to get moving.
It’s all fine and well to say that ‘it’s good for your heart’, but specific things – heck, even anecdotal things – can be more motivating than generalities.
Am I about to go on a marathon? No. But I am thinking about starting something to see what kind of benefits it gives to my day.
