“The social media star sparked backlash after it emerged that he was reportedly streaming at the time.
“The footage appeared to show he was holding and looking at his phone before the crash.
“In a post on Twitter in which he shared a picture of himself shirtless at the scene of the accident, Doherty apologised to his friend who was injured in the accident.”
