Will Smith slapped a Ukrainian reporter across the face after the guy tried to kiss him. Apparently the cheeks are fine but don’t go anywhere near his mouth or he’ll turn violent.
Smith had every right to avoid the kiss and push the guy away, but to then slap his face with the back of his hand? I think that was wholly unnecessary.
It’s interesting to see Smith lose his temper. He drops the cool demeanor he’s known for and we get to see that he can be just as much of a douchebag as anyone else.
If you don’t think Smith did anything wrong then picture a woman doing the kissing instead of a man. Would Smith have reacted in the same way? And if he had would you be defending his actions so readily?
