I love seeing other people laugh uncontrollably, the sight of it makes me also want to start laughing and sharing in the fun. It’s a natural reaction to have, and so I fully understand what happend during this X Factor 4 audition.
Dawn has dreams of being the next Madonna, but she used to be a jockey… yes it really is hard to believe but this tall podgy woman used to sit on horses and try to make them move fast.
It’s this fact, and the obvious image it puts in Louis Walsh‘ mind that sets him off laughing hysterically, and it isn’t long before Sharon Osbourne also sees the funny side and starts cracking up.
Then the audition starts and Dawn sings at such a low volume that it sets them off again. Simon sends them away, banishing them to the next room.
And then Dannii Minogue starts laughing too, and Simon sends her away too. The only amazing thing was that Simon Cowell didn’t himself lose it and start giggling! He must have been in one of his moods.
