Zero Punctuation Video Reviews ‘The Beatles: Rock Band’ and ‘Guitar Hero 5’ Video Games

Zero Punctuation is back once again, as he is every Wednesday. This week sees Yahtzee review both The Beatles: Rock Band and Guitar Hero 5, the two newest rhythm action games which help you become virtual musicians.

Yahtzee loves the Guitar Hero and Rock Band games but even he is starting to doubt this is the best use of our collective times. And he’s a Beatles fan, which means he’s torn on this one.

Part of the problem is the distinct lack of songs in The Beatles: Rock Band, with dozens of songs having been held back so they can be sold to you as DLC at a later date just to make more money. Which, for a game that is already expensive, is a bit of a rip-off.

This Zero Punctuation review of Guitar Hero 5 and The Beatles: Rock Band is littered with the snarky, almost obsessively rude remarks Yahtzee has become famous for. Which is never a bad thing.
