Parkour, or free running as some people incorrectly call it, is surely a little passe now. After being featured in countless films and television shows the “sport” is surely not gaining any new converts.
Still, there are some occasions when parkour does prove its worth, such as in this video when it’s used to trigger a series of contraptions which combine to form one giant Rube Goldberg machine.
