They are so utterly beautiful, and yet knowing they came about ten minutes before the Chinese earthquake…
According to a bit of extra research I have done, this is not the first time ‘Aurora clouds’ have appeared before an earthquake. I am no science person, though, so you will have to do your own research to find out why it happens. (If anybody knows.)
It would be way too easy to get mystical about the possible otherworldly causes of these beautiful clouds, but I won’t go there.
All I will say is that the earth is a beautiful and mysterious place.
