It’s that time of year again when Pixar unveils its latest computer-generated masterpiece. But how does Brave shape up?
This video shows Jeremy Jahns reviewing Brave, the new movie from the geniuses at Pixar. As usual with Pixar films Brave has been made to appeal to everyone, kids and parents alike.
Brave tells the story of a teenage princess who doesn’t fit into the usual fairytale mold. She wants a different life than the one her mother imagines for her and sets out to change her fate.
The problem with this film, as both Jahns and other reviewers have pointed out, is it tries too hard to be different before ending up coming full circle. Kids will still love it, but adults won’t appreciate it in the same way they appreciated Up or Wall-E.
