After losing 3-0 away to Barcelona, very few people expected Liverpool to go through, especially against the mighty Barcelona. But they pulled it off.
Liverpool won 4-0 at Anfield, completely dominating throughout, and keeping Lionel Messi, widely regarded as the best footballer playing today, quiet.
This was an amazing display, and I still can’t quite believe Liverpool pulled it off. But they’re heading to the Champions League Final in Madrid, and it’s thoroughly deserved.
