I have tasted a lot of chocolate in my life, and would certainly know the difference between the finest Belgian chocolate and the worst American chocolate.
But Amy Guittard can tell the subtle differences between chocolate that’s priced almost identically. Which is a true skill I’m sure we’d all enjoy learning.
