The team from Australian breakfast TV show Sunrise expected to speak to a happy fan when they gave away their cash cow prize this morning. Instead they got someone hoping to win their major competitor’s competition.
It must have been tempting to withhold the cash on hearing the winner “wakes up with Today.” Surely they’d rather lavish $40, 000 on someone who’d never dream of switching on the rival show. However on morning TV all you can do is to keep on smiling!
