The new 3G Apple iPhone was recently released, and already we have confrontation within the long lines to buy it. Surprisingly, the friction isn’t caused by the customers, but rather this mocking reporter.
“It’s a phone for God sakes!” He says.
And I, for one, completely agree with him. However, asking questions like “have you ever seen a woman naked?” isn’t the best way to get an interview out of people who have been standing in lines for hours.
Sure, it’s funny in the studio miles away, but up-close and personal is a different story. When reporter Eric Spillman tries to make amends with the so-called “geek” he is, to say the least, unwelcome.
If there’s anything we can learn from this highly awkward interview it’s that there are those that have the urge to have the latest gadget, and Eric Spillman is not one of those people.
