I’ve seen talking birds before, but I don’t ever recall having seen one tell another to shut the hell up. He’s not rude about it though, just issuing a subtle shushing.
This macaw is cute enough already as he repeatedly says, “Hello,” to his reflection as if he’s waiting for a conversation to begin.
But then he hears another bird being noisy in an adjacent room, which leads him to put one claw to his mouth and say “Ssshhh.” Which is an incredible display of intelligence.
Whenever I see videos like this one it makes me want to own a bird that can talk. But I’m sure the reality would become annoying after a very short time.
