This video takes us through what different directors would have made of the basic premise behind The Social Network. And it really should make you appreciate Fincher even more than usual.

We get to see takes by Wes Anderson, Michael Bay, Christopher Guest, Quentin Tarantino, Guillermo del Toro, and Frank Capra.

I love this, because I love movies and I love The Social Network. The Michael Bay parody is particularly funny, but that’s because Bay has a very particular style of film-making. I think crap is the closest description.
