Courteney Cox is the latest celebrity Bear Grylls persuaded to wade through mud, climb up mountains, and eat rotting food for his Running Wild With Bear Grylls series.
However, in the midst of all the survival shenanigans, Grylls sits down with Cox to discuss fame, and how the actress handled becoming an icon through Friends.
In a way this is the most interesting part of the show, because as much fun as it is watching a Hollywood actress being taken out of her comfort zone, it’s more interesting listening to them talk about their experiences.
Grylls gets a little creepy towards the end, complimenting Cox in an over-the-top manner. Methinks the man has a little crush on Courteney.
