What starts off as an, eh hem, “innocent” question from Ellen to President Bush’s daughter, Jenna, turns into probably one of the most interesting segments from the Ellen show. Who wouldn’t want to see how Ol’ Dubya reacts to his daughter unexpectedly calling him “LIVE” from a daytime talk show.
Ellen asks Jenna how easy is it to get a hold of her parents whenever she wants, and apparently it is even easier than getting a hold of mine. So, Ellen whips out the phone and you can see the dread sweep across Jenna’s face as she dials the number.
I’m sure she could have just told Ellen thanks, but no thanks, but she calls; and not only do we talk to mom, but we get to talk to Daddy too. Apparently they have enough people handling everything else that they are just hanging out and available to speak at any time.
