Jon Bon Jovi, New Jersey singer and frontman for the imaginatively-titled Bon Jovi, isn’t dead. Contrary to what half the Internet seems to be suggesting.
Bon Jovi is dead was the headline flying across Twitter yesterday. Sadly it wasn’t true. I’m kidding, of course. I’m glad Jon Bon Jovi is still with us, but the return of the false death notices on social networking sites is annoying.
The big problem with this isn’t the person who originates the fake story. They’re just messing about trying to start a meme. But the people who spread the news without checking their facts are just idiots.
Jon Bon Jovi isn’t dead. So get over it. Oh, you know what I mean.
