The death of Michael Jackson is sad and has prompted an enormous outpouring of grief on a global scale. But, it should be remembered that in life Michael Jackson was often a figure of fun, and those same spoofs, jokes, and sketches are still just as funny now despite the man no longer being with us.
This video, for instance, is a brilliant spoof on Black Or White, turning the title on Jackson himself and asking if he’s Black Or White? After dancing like a look and smashing a car up, he gets his answer when the cops arrive.
No one is happy that Michael Jackson is dead. He was a great singer, great dancer, and great entertainer. But his death does not all of a sudden mean the allegations and mocking which headed his way while he was alive no longer exist.
The man was a legend but he was also messed up. Even if you don’t believe the serious allegations made against him, the way he lived his life still went way beyond the levels of strange. And he’s still ripe for mocking, even after what has happened.
